With the rapid development of cities in China,the urban hardened area is increasing,the urban rainwater and aquatic products flow is increasing and the confluence is speeding up.Flood and waterlogging problems are inevitable in every city.Some cities have severe rainstorms and waterlogging disasters,which seriously interfere with and threaten People's Daily life order and life and property safety.Reducing the risk of urban flood disaster is one of the important purposes of urban vertical planning.The scientific and rational vertical planning is helpful to the construction of large drainage system and reduce the risk of urban flood.Due to the lack of attention,lack of systematic planning and blindness in construction and management in the actual operation of vertical planning,there are many problems in the techniques and methods adopted in the vertical planning.In determining the vertical planning,a city must first deal with the relationship between flood control and waterlogging control in the city,accurately and reasonably apply the flood control and drainage thinking,and on this basis,solve the relationship with urban land layout,landscape and road square.Article mainly around the vertical urban planning and urban drainage system related issues,first of all,based on the vertical study of urban drainage in different historical stages in ancient China,the author finds out the role of planning first,building later and paying great attention to urban planning;Then,through the urban drainage urban flood safety Angle and big storm runoff control Angle analysis,get the rain runoff water depth,water speed,water depth * water speed requirements,and to achieve the planning and design of the requirement for urban vertical drainage method,and the big cities in the mountains and plain water drainage system construction and the key problems of the vertical path planning appeal and vertical planning;Then through to the typical problems in the urban vertical comb,from macroscopic to microcosmic proposed by the current urban vertical layer,urban planning and design in the city that the local area,river on both sides of these areas,the urban road,the recessed overpass area,rain,rain water facilities region near the mouth of the overflow mouth area vertical typical problems and corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions;And through the analysis of the realization of major drainage thought in urban planning,with the concept of large drainage as a guide to get from the basic data collection,urban overall,control detailed planning,construction detailed planning four stages of urban vertical planning preparation process;Key elements and then through the analysis of urban cohesion of city road,construction,green space,water system,get the road's own vertical,the vertical cohesion of roads and buildings,roads and vertical cohesion of green space,road and drainage of cohesion,construction square and vertical cohesion of green space,green space and water system of the vertical control reasonable cohesion design;Finally,through the analysis of actual planning cases,based on the full analysis of the current situation with GIS software,the factors affecting the vertical planning are comprehensively considered,and the vertical control scheme is determined based on the construction of urban flood control and drainage mode and large drainage system to ensure the city's security.This paper simulates the water accumulation in the city,analyzes the causes of the water accumulation,and proposes the improvement plan of the vertical planning to reduce the occurrence of urban waterlogging.Aiming at the problems of urban waterlogging prevention and construction of large drainage system,this paper provides a solution from the vertical point of view,and strengthens the direct direct connection between urban vertical planning control and large drainage system.
