| Hospital construction is closely related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.The outpatient building is an important component of the hospital.It provides diagnosis,treatment,rehabilitation,examination and other services for a large number of patients.The outpatient building has the characteristics of intensive use,complex staff composition,diverse building functions and complex streamline organization.The study of natural ventilation in outpatient building can improve the air quality,improve the comfort of users,reduce the bacterial content,and reduce the probability of cross-infection.Meanwhile,it can reduce the energy consumption of mechanical ventilation,save resources and protect the environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the natural ventilation of outpatient building.This paper adopts the embedded single case study method,and takes the outpatient building of the affiliated hospital of Qingdao university as the research object.The research results are applicable to the outpatient building with the same category of space combination.The main research contents include the selection of typical cases and case study design,the study of the relevant theories of natural ventilation,the computer simulation analysis and design research of the typical cases embedded analysis unit,and the study of the natural ventilation design strategy of the hall layout outpatient building.One of the embedded analysis unit is to analyze the potential of natural ventilation in the outpatient building of the affiliated hospital of Qingdao university and formulate the design strategy of natural ventilation with climate adaptability.The second embedded analysis unit is to carry out computer simulation analysis on the current situation of natural ventilation in the outpatient building of the affiliated hospital of Qingdao university to find the current situation.The third embedded analysis unit is to optimize the design of natural ventilation in the outpatient building of the affiliated hospital of Qingdao university.Through the research of this paper,it is found that the natural ventilation of the outpatient building with hall layout mainly has the following problems: the space inside the building is complex and the depth is large,which makes it difficult to form "draught";At the beginning of the design,although the natural lighting and ventilation problems of the atrium space were considered,the advantages of the atrium space could not be fully developed;there is a cross problem of air flow in the outpatient building.Therefore,in the process of natural ventilation design,attention should be paid to the influence of the general layout of the building and the appropriate orientation should be selected through computer simulation.At the same time,natural ventilation potential should be analyzed by combining the climatic environment where the building is located and the factors of the building itself.According to the potential of natural ventilation,the design strategy of natural ventilation with climate adaptability should be developed.Carry out the "modular" natural ventilation design inside the building to avoid the crossing of air flow lines.The user behavior also should be guided by reasonable design means.At the same time,ensure that each "module" has a good ventilation level. |
