Intelligent Transformation Of Gas Pipeline Network In Old City

The old pipe network is basically more than 30 years old,and the phenomenon of overdue service of pipe network is very serious.Whether it is management confusion or security risks,it has become a common concern of the public.The purpose of this project is to provide opinions and suggestions for the intelligent transformation of the old urban gas pipeline network,to help improve the management of gas enterprises,which is an exploration from traditional management to intelligent improvement.By consulting a large number of domestic and foreign materials and referring to the construction status of intelligent pipe network at home and abroad,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the intelligent transformation of the old urban gas pipe network.Investigate the construction examples of regional intelligent pipe network,and combine the newly built intelligent pipe network examples with the materials consulted.Sum up the experience,determine the old city gas network intelligent transformation plan.This paper takes the intelligent transformation of the gas pipeline network in X area as an example to carry out the pilot,and analyzes and studies the intelligent transformation of the old gas pipeline network in X area from the aspects of preliminary investigation,basic data,installation and improvement facilities,information management of the intelligent pipeline network,production and operation management,power supply of the intelligent pipeline network,etc.Based on the existing old gas pipeline,it technology,remote transmission system,monitoring system,metering system,etc.are integrated to realize the intelligent transformation of the gas pipeline network in the old urban area,so as to make the operation and management mode of the gas pipeline network more standard,intelligent and clear.In this paper,through the transformation of equipment,pipeline and cathodic protection in gate shaft,surge station and surge tank,the theoretical analysis,pilot experiment,transformation effect test of the old pipe network intelligent transformation in X area are carried out,and the problems found in the test are discussed.From the aspects of technical data,basic data,environmental impact,human cost and so on,this paper analyzes the advantages of the intelligent transformation of the old city pipe network,so as to provide opinions and suggestions for the intelligent transformation of the old city gas pipe network.
