In recent years,with the development of advanced manufacturing technology,correctly grasping and controlling the complexity of the system has become a prerequisite for giving full play to the advantages of advanced manufacturing technology,and is also a research hotspot in the field of production operation management.In order to minimize the management difficulty of the enterprise,the best way is to take the system complexity as the consideration of layout evaluation in the system layout design stage.This article focuses on the research of the complexity of the machining and manufacturing system.On the basis of the manufacturing process,it deeply studies the complexity of the machining and manufacturing system in the production organization process.By measuring the complexity of the different layout schemes,the plant layout scheme make an evaluation.This paper firstly points out the necessity of evaluating the equipment layout plan through the complexity of the system by summarizing the consideration factors of equipment layout evaluation in previous studies.According to the previous research on the complexity of the machining and manufacturing system,it is proposed to measure the complexity of the machining and manufacturing system through the complexity of the process,and then evaluate the differences in the layout of different equipment.Then,through the analysis of the source of the complexity of the machining and manufacturing system,a research framework for the complexity of the machining and manufacturing system is proposed.Based on the complexity of the process,the complexity of the machining and manufacturing system in the production organization process is studied.One-man multi-machine problem,multi-type product processing problem and worker's behavior process in the production process,give a measurement method of oneman multi-machine complexity,operation complexity,decision complexity,through the complexity of mechanical manufacturing system Redefine,comprehensively consider the differences in the complexity of production organization methods,and then evaluate the differences in different equipment layouts.Finally,combined with the case of the automotive parts machining and manufacturing system,the two methods proposed above are put into practical use.The comparative analysis of the results obtained by the two methods shows that the comprehensive consideration of the complexity of the manufacturing process and production organization process The rationality of the complexity of the mechanical manufacturing system.The research in this paper provides an effective decision basis for designing the optimal equipment layout plan.
