With the expansion of the modern city,the pressure pump station has become an important part of the urban water supply system.Because of the historical reasons and regional differences,the construction and evaluation of the pumping station has not been standard,which leads to the high energy consumption and low efficiency of the pumping station.This paper puts forward a set of evaluation methods for the energy consumption of the city pressure pumping station.A set of on-line monitoring and analysis model for energy consumption of pressurized pumping station is set up.Through the supervision and analysis of the running condition of the pump station motor,the dynamic reactive compensation of the pump station motor is tried to improve the energy efficiency of the pump station.At present,under the drag of the frequency converter,the motor of the city pressure pump station is running with complex conditions.In order to improve the overall benefit of the city pressure pump station,a set of pumping stations is designed in this paper.Monitoring and dynamic reactive compensation device.The energy consumption analysis model of the city pressure pump station is built in this paper.It is found that the main factor that affects the energy consumption of the pumping station is the pump unit.In this paper,a set of dynamic reactive compensation device of the pump station motor is designed to improve the power factor of the motor.The topological structure of asynchronous motor of pressurized pumping station is studied,and the mathematical model of the motor of the booster pump station is established.The power factor of the motor and the theory of instantaneous power are expounded.Through the theory of instantaneous power,the principle of reactive power compensation for the topological structure of the open asynchronous motor of the pumping station is analyzed,and the reactive power compensation scheme of the power factor of the asynchronous motor of the pump station is formulated.The mathematical model of asynchronous motor is verified on the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation software,and the design of reactive power compensation control method is simulated.The simulation resultsshow that the method can improve the power factor of the asynchronous motor of the pump station.In this paper,the hardware of an open asynchronous motor reactive compensation device with DSP(Digital Signal Processing)as the control core is designed.The hardware of the compensator consists of two parts of the main circuit and the control circuit.In order to monitor the pumping station in real time,an on-line monitoring system for pressurized pumping stations is designed.The online monitoring system of pumping stations can provide real-time data for pumping stations and monitor the operation of pump stations online.Finally,through the analysis and comparison,the power factor of the pump station motor is improved after the reactive power compensation,which proves that the compensation method can improve the power factor of the pump station motor.Finally,through the analysis of the national interest rate electricity charge scheme,it is concluded that the improvement of the motor power factor of the pump station has played an active role in increasing the overall efficiency of the pump station enterprises.
