| With the development of economy and science and technology,people’s living standards are constantly improving.Cars have driven into thousands of households,bringing convenience to people’s travel,and the car ownership is increasing rapidly,which makes the car washing market expand rapidly.The disadvantages of the traditional car washing method are obvious,which can not meet the requirements of the development of car washing market.The traditional car washing method will be gradually replaced by the automatic self-service car washing machine.In order to solve the problems of waste of water resources,long washing time and labor cost of traditional car washing,this paper designs a full-automatic car washing device to solve the above problems,which greatly improves the efficiency of car washing,meets the market demand,saves resources,and makes people have a more scientific and technological sense of car washing process.This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of the car washing machine device and the control system development at home and abroad,deeply understands the car washing methods currently used at home and abroad and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.From the perspective of market and resource utilization,the design scheme of the automatic car washing machine control system is proposed.According to the difference of function and working mode of the automatic car washing machine,this paper divides the car washing machine into seven parts,analyzes the technological index of the automatic car washing machine,and discusses the technological design of improving the cleaning cleanliness according to the vehicle model.On this basis,the design scheme of the automatic car washing machine control system and its washing strategy are given.At the same time,the hardware design of the automatic car washing machine control system was completed,including the selection of the hardware equipment of the control system,the electrical design of the hardware equipment and the related hardware configuration.This system selects Mac1620 as the core controller,controls four panasonic servo drives and several fans,pumps,brushes and other peripheral devices,and connects them through relays and communication lines,realizing the measurement,control and operation of the automatic car washing machine system.The software of automatic car washing machine control system is developed based on ladder diagram programming language,including system parameter measurement module,real-time data processing module and real-time control program.The operation interface of the upper computer of the system is developed by using D-View monitoring software,and the operation and monitoring,data report and storage of the upper computer of the system,as well as its alarm are realized.Based on the result of the system identification system,this paper studies the parameter processing algorithm,and gives the coordinate transformation method,parameter calculation method and path calculation result of the vehicle identification data,and realizes the design of the running track of the vehicle washing manipulator.The system debugging results show the rationality of the automatic car washing device control system and the effectiveness of the design method in this paper. |
