The washing is an important step in ELISA experimental procedures.It is a key technology to avoid contamination of the product and directly affect the results of the experiment.Before the automatic washing mashine appeared,it was relied on the operator manually washing in ELISA experimental procedures.It was usually used to draw distilled water or washing solution by samples injector to wash repeatly the inner wall of microplates.However,this method was not only inefficiency,but also more artifacts and often lead to cross-contamination due to the discharge,thus affecting the test results.With the increase of sample size of ELISA test and the requirement of testing precision,the automatic washing mashine has become an indispensable tool for ELISA experiment.In this study,through the study of the existing washing machine at home and abroad,a simple operation,high reliability,washing clean and adapted to a variety of specifications of the standard microplate automatic washing machine has been designed.The main contents are as the followings:1)The scheme and design flow of the full automatic washing machine was developed.Fully taking into account the operating principle of the washing machine,and analyzed the current domestic and foreign washing machine development status and technical indicators,it was developed a higher standard of the system program and design process of the automatic washing machine.2)The hardware design of the automatic washing machine system was completed.According to the characteristics of the fully automatic washing machine with high reliability,washing and adapting to various specifications of the microplate,the system hardware with precision requirement had been designed.In structural design,it was used the washing manner of a needles of the cleaning head moving up or down coupled with the way of the microplate board moving left or right,rather than the traditional walk needle does not approach the way to ensure the accuracy and stability.3)The software design of fully automatic washing machine system based onCE Window system was completed.The washing machine software design was used the C++ language to write,and used the experimental calibration method to measure the liquid injection time,liquid volume and the injection time of the relationship between the three functions and the stepper motor subdivision control.4)The stability of the automatic washing machine was verified.In the system of automatic washing machine of many experiments to established technical requirements,amount of residual liquid standard reached less than or equal to 0.5?L /hole,the accuracy of the solution was less than or equal to 2%.
