Research On The Outdoor Space Vitality Construction Of Changchun FAE Workers' Residence

As an important backing of the old industrial base,the staff settlement has an irreplaceable practical role and historical significance.At the same time,as an important part of the existing settlement,it is the representative of the characteristic form of the “ unit compound ” in the planning and development of urban settlements in China.With the development of the times and the diversified changes in residents' living needs,the living quarters of workers' residences are increasingly severely separated from the current needs of residents due to the construction conditions at that time and the years of wear and tear,and the quality of the outdoor environment deterioration and other aspects have exposed the problem of recession.Compared with the good outdoor environment of newly built residential areas in the city,the phenomenon of differentiation of living space has occurred.This differentiation phenomenon has exacerbated the deterioration of the quality of outdoor space in degraded residential areas and the vitality of residential areas has faded away.As an important carrier space for residents' daily activities and communication,the outdoor environment of the settlement is an important part of the settlement.Its quality level affects the life of the residents and affects the creation of the vitality of the settlement and affects the good maintenance of the overall environment of the settlement and the future development.It is an important step to renovate the workers' residential area as an existing residential area to improve the quality of the outdoor space according to the actual use needs of the residents and create a vibrant atmosphere in the residential area.Based on the theoretical explanation and case analysis of the outdoor space vitality of the staff settlement,this article studies the vitality construction of the staff settlement from the aspects of vitality representation and vitality composition.Select the typical outdoor space of Changchun FAW employee residential area where a large number of residents live as the overall research object.According to the basic situation and characteristics of each block in FAW employee residential area,choose 5 blocks of the first living area and 4 blocks of the second living area as the specific research object.By using the established research method of vitality characterization to assess the vigor status of the outdoor space of 9 blocks,a vitality index and an outdoor space vitality distribution map are obtained and the high vitality area and the low vitality area of the outdoor space are divided and the vitality index is discussed.Explore the relationship between the level of vitality index and whether the various elements of outdoor space are consistent with the needs of residents.Analyze the actual needs of residents for various elements in outdoor space activities and analyze the elements of outdoorspace material elements that affect the choice of residents' activities and construct outdoor space of the composition of the vitality elements and analyzes the positive elements that affect the vitality level of high vitality areas and the negative elements that affect the vitality level of low vitality areas and accordingly puts forward a strategy for creating outdoor space vitality for employee settlements based on residents' needs and uses the blocks in the FAW workers' residence as examples for the vitality improvement trial design,which will provide ideas and reference for the future of the staff settlements outdoor space to more closely meet the actual needs of residents for vitality creation and quality improvement.
