Study On Improving The Body Production Quality Management Of S Automobile Company

Quality management is inseparable from the manufacturing of enterprises,and "quality is the life of an enterprise" is also conveyed to every employee by many enterprises as part of their corporate culture.Improving product quality,reducing the rate of repair,saving production costs,improving the economic efficiency of enterprises,and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises have become the driving force and the direction of development for every manufacturing enterprise.With the vigorous development of new energy vehicles,the market of traditional fuel car companies has also been reduced.If fuel car companies want to continue to develop and gain sustainable competitiveness,they must improve the quality management of enterprises,enhance the quality of automobile products,improve customer satisfaction,and thus lay the foundation for customers to transform to new energy vehicles.S Auto is a complete car manufacturing company,and the fuel car has been the top market in China in previous years,but in recent years,sales have plummeted due to the online exposure of the car A-pillar fracture problem.The A-pillar fracture is mainly due to the lack of body manufacturing precision,which is closely related to body manufacturing.This paper firstly compares quality management,total quality management and related tools.Then,a field survey was conducted in S Auto body shop to obtain relevant quality data,and the quality management problems in the production link were analyzed through fishbone diagram and Pareto chart to find out the key factors affecting the body production,and then combined with PFMEA to analyze the potential failure of the body,and the key factors affecting the quality of the body production were then proposed with 5M1E from six aspects:human,machine,material,method,environment and measurement.Then,5M1E is used to propose the corresponding improvement plan for production quality management from six aspects:human,machine,material,method,environment and measurement.Finally,quality management improvement implementation and guarantee measures is carried out to summarize the experience of quality management improvement,further improve the quality management level of body production,save production costs and avoid major problems of customer complaints.This paper has certain practical value for body quality improvement,and also provides reference and reference for similar vehicle enterprises to improve the quality management level of body production and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
