| With the deepening of urbanization in China,a series of "urban diseases" such as insufficient traffic safety guarantee,severe environmental pollution and road congestion are common in most cities,and the living environment needs to be improved urgently.To let become more harmonious and livable city,now both countries and are trying to explore all aspects of the experts and scholars,including slow system about the development of city,road construction,uphold the "slow first" the principle of "people-oriented" calls for more and more high,the Beijing traffic congestion and improve traffic fine organization to accelerate the governance level,also put forward the development of city walk,bike lanes construction and improve the slow travel environment work requirements.As an important symbol of Beijing and China,the functional core area of the capital should strive to improve the urban slow travel system,and put forward higher standards for the construction of the slow travel system while meeting the needs of citizens,so as to make the city have rich and colorful slow travel experience and give rise to more vitality.Then,for the functional core area of the capital,how to combine the characteristics of its far-reaching historical pattern,rich historical and cultural heritage,concentrated historical blocks and numerous tourists,and continue to develop the urban slow-moving system under the circumstances of high population density,high land development intensity and limited urban space resources? This is very worthy of our discussion and research.Therefore,with problems in mind,this paper takes the slow-moving system in the urban built-up area as the research object and the capital functional core area as the research scope.Through the working ideas of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,this paper carries out detailed and in-depth thinking on the design and optimization of the slow-moving system in the capital functional core area.The research content of this paper mainly includes six parts.First,the relevant theoretical thoughts and practical results of domestic and foreign slow travel system are sorted out,and the key points and shortcomings of the research content are summarized,so as to provide strong support and practical reference for the development of subsequent papers.Second,combined with its own advantages and differences from other transportation systems,the characteristics of the slow-moving system are comprehensively summarized,and the characteristics of the slow-moving system in the functional core area of the capital are systematically expounded according to the relevant characteristics of the functional core area of the capital.Third,through present situation investigation,data sorting,comparative analysis and the method of GIS software analysis from the slow network,slow way and slow facilities from three aspects in detail about the present situation of the capital function core area slow system problem analysis,find the reasons mainly include the blocks are behind the large scale and a lot of dead end highway and t passing,slow way accounted for less than,slow space was invaded,slow facilities,poor quality,etc.Fourthly,it analyzes the outstanding cases of slow travel system planning and design at home and abroad,summarizes its experience in slow travel system optimization and the way to solve problems.Fifth,based on the above summary of slow traffic system problems in the functional core area of the capital,combined with the optimization principles of renewal and utilization,open sharing,systematic and people-oriented,specific design optimization strategies are proposed for the optimization of slow traffic network,the optimization of slow traffic right and the improvement of slow traffic facility quality.Sixth,taking the outside street of Guang ’anmen as an actual case,this paper conducts an empirical study on the design optimization strategy of slow moving system. |
