The Research On Regulatory Planning Of National Park's Core Area

Core area is the most centralized area of scenic resource, an index of the scenic area's qualification and value of natural landscape, historic culture and ecology environment, an area to be paid attention and care.However, the illegibility of the core area's meaning, the complex of marking it out and the incompletion of corresponding planning strategy encumber the development of core area.To accomplish the goal of core area, this thesis tries hard to seek the scientific method of marking the core area off and bring forward regulatory detailed planning strategy. Based on the analysis of the research background, this thesis affirm the value and meaning of the core area and summarize the main problems facing the core area and explain the research goal and meaning of the thesis, including the research method and technically way. The second chapter tries to seek useful illumination from the National Park of USA. The third chapter expatiate the meaning, character and type of core area, explore the difficulties and way-out, sum up the principle and gist. The fourth chapter is correlative cases' study, using Wudalianchi and Xiqiaoshan national scenic parks as cases. The fifth and sixth chapter bring forward regulatory detailed planning strategy by reviewing the scenic area planning history and analyze the deficiency of current planning strategy. By compared to urban planning, summarize the character of the regulatory planning of the core area, and the planning content and guidelines.And in conclusion, on the base of summarizing the whole thesis, gives some expectation on the question for discuss.
