Reconstruction Of Old City Public Space Based On Metabolism Theory

The transformation of the old city has always been a very hot social issue in China’s academic circles.It represents the architectural and spatial evolution system in the rapid process of urbanization.It is not only the result of mutual involvement of the political,economic,cultural,historical and other aspects of the country.It is closely related to land allocation,land layout and land management in the city.This paper takes the transformation of public space in the old city as the main research object,and uses the relevant theory of Japanese metabolic genre as a guide to explore the public space transformation method with spatial metabolism as the basic design strategy.The first chapter clarifies the research background and significance of the full text.The research scope is focused on the core old urban area built in the early years of China.The research object is the public public space inside the urban area.Secondly,the article is researched through the combination of theory and practice.frame.The second chapter is a systematic review of the Japanese metabolic genre.It reviews the evolution of the genre from the birth of the genre in the 1960 s to the new era.The first is to explore the theoretical ideas of the early core figures from the horizontal dimension.The vertical dimension analyzes the new generation branch line represented by Kikutake training,and finally extracts the core guiding theory of space metabolism according to the background of the times and the development needs at the present stage.The third chapter begins the concrete analysis of the public space of the old city.From the origin of the public space to the development process,on the one hand,it analyzes the components,characteristics and forms of the public space of the old city,and on the other hand,studies the public space of the old city in China.The status quo issue emphasizes the necessity of transformation.On the basis of the previous article,the fourth chapter puts forward the design strategy of spatial metabolism based on the theory and the status quo.It mainly analyzes the design methods of public space transformation at different scales from the micro,meso and macro levels,and establishes the system design strategy.frame.The fifth chapter is a case study.The public space transformation of Caisha Zhonglu Street in Changsha is taken as an example.The application of theory in real life is analyzed.The logical transformation of the whole thesis from theory to design strategy to practical operation is completed.
