With the rapid development of our national economy,the area of Civil Aviation has shown a totally new situation.The Civil Aviation Administration of China formally proposed the strategic goal of building an aviation power in 2018 and believes that the first 20 years of the 21 st century are an important period for achieving this goal.The Civil Aviation Administration estimates that by 2020,China's civil aviation industry will become the world's second largest civil aviation market after the United States.China's investment in information technology in civil aviation will reach 2.392 billion yuan,including 1.228 billion yuan in hardware and equipment,546 billion yuan in software and its supporting equipment,and 618 million yuan in information technology services.China's civil aviation information management system has much room for development.Established in 2008,Top Technology Limited Company.is a professional IT technology and system development related to civil aviation business.How to find a suitable way for the development of enterprises in the fierce market competition is one of the focus of management of the Top Technology Limited Company.Based on this,this paper combines the actual development of the top information company,carries on the competition strategy choice research,and puts forward the corresponding implementation plan and the safeguard measure.Based on this,this paper combines the actual development of the top information company,carries on the competition strategy choice research,and puts forward the corresponding implementation plan and the safeguard measure.This paper first uses PEST analysis model to analyze the macro environment of the top information company,and uses Porter's "five forces" model to analyze the domestic IT industry and the information market environment of civil aviation,and determines the external opportunities of the company.For example,the domestic economic environment is warmer,the industry software information technology is updated and the system is upgraded,the domestic related policies are supported and the international related environment is improved,and the core technology and equipment of civil aviation information are localized.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the external threats faced by the company,including the shortage of talents in the software information industry,the increase in personnel costs,and the competition of large central enterprises in the same industry.Through the analysis of the competitors,this paper clarifies the competitive position and comprehensive strength of the Top Technology Limited Company.At the same time,through the analysis of the external environment evaluation matrix and the internal environment evaluation Matrix,this paper concludes that the Top Technology Limited Company is higher than the industry average in terms of taking advantage of external environmental opportunities and avoiding external threats.The internal advantages of the company far exceed its internal disadvantages.Through SWOT analysis,this paper obtains the alternative competition strategy of the information company,and identifies and analyzes the alternative strategy.After three aspects of qualitative evaluation of applicability,feasibility and acceptability,and according to the quantitative strategic planning matrix method,this paper finally chose the most suitable for the Top Technology Limited Company differentiated competition strategy.Differential competition strategy is implemented from three aspects: product design,implementation,after-sale,and marketing.Measures to implement the safeguards include: strengthening enterprise documents construction,doing a good job in human resources management,improving marketing capabilities,improving financial management capabilities,and improving management innovation capabilities.It is hoped that the differentiated competition strategy and its safeguard measures put forward in this paper will help to improve the market competitiveness of the information companies,and also provide some reference and reference for the small and medium-sized enterprises of IT technology in the civil aviation industry.
