| Till 2017,China motor vehicle inventory has ranked to the second in the world,and the demand is still growing,especially the number of private cars has shown an explosive growth.The growth of private car has brought a series of problems,such as convenient of traffic and difficult parking,which not only affect the quality of life of the people,but also hinder the development of the city.For the old residential areas that have been built,it is very difficult to expand the parking lot in the limited land area,and the mechanical parking equipment,because the land use area of its single vehicle is much smaller than that of the traditional parking lot,has high flexibility,and its corresponding supporting facilities are low cost and convenient for transformation.Therefore,the construction of parking equipment is one of the effective ways to solve the parking problem.In this paper,a practical project needs as a starting point,through the analysis of the final selection of two-floor horizontal shifting mechanical parking equipment as the research object,formulated overall plan,structural design,mechanism selection and other contents were analyzed and studied,and the following contents were studied:(1)According to China’s motor vehicle standards and on-site observation of several old residential areas,it is determined that the mobile stereo parking equipment can meet the original design purpose and use needs.According to the reference data of automobile brand,model,size and quality listed in the national standard,the size of spare parts and the overall size are determined,and the design of the overall scheme is completed.(2)Through a complete analysis of a complete access process,the motion mechanism needed in the parking process is obtained.By the idea of modular design,different combinations can be realized for different residential areas,and the perfect use of space can be realized.Through data query and numerical calculation,the maximum load under working condition is obtained,and the type of motion mechanism is selected according to the load.(3)Various types of loads are analyzed,and the loads under typical working conditions are combined.And the finite element model is established to analyze,the results show that the requirements of the main components under the conditions of composite use,verify the rationality of the subject.(4)By transforming design into actual products,the way of combining design with production is realized,and the practical problems are effectively solved.By analyzing and studying the access movement,motion mechanism and frame structure of two-floor horizontal shifting mechanical parking equipment,this paper obtains the final overall scheme,which provides a feasible idea and method to solve old residential area problem and has been verified in practice. |
