| With the rapid development of economic,growing emphasis on railway construction and the speeding up of the railway transportation again and again,China has entered the "high-speed railway era",and railway passenger stations are facing more challenges.Under the current background,the functional organization and layout structure of the traditional railway passenger station area no longer meet the needs of the city and residents because of the fast pace of the city and the integration of various modes of transportation,so the railway passenger station area is facing transformation and renewal.Urban renewal has become the main development mode of many first-tier cities in China.The upgrading of industrial structure,the adjustment of spatial overall arrangement,the improvement of traffic system and the optimization of landscape environment make the old urban areas gain new vitality and development opportunities.Railway passenger station area,as an important urban traffic hub area,gather together a large amount of urban resources,the degradation and aging of which may cause troubles.This paper studies the integrated elements and strategies considering in the renewal of old railway passenger station area.In this paper,the main research object is the railway passenger stations and its core region,located in the urban areas,who is facing the renewal and transformation.There exists a contradiction among the region structure layout,space form,transportation system,landscape environment and city development.Based on the principle of humanity and integration this paper takes out some ideas and methods about the renewal and transformation.Due to the particularity of railway passenger station area,this paper hopes to make the passenger station area a new economic center and a "stimulus point" for its surrounding area even the whole city’s economic development through the integrated design of this area.Integrated design of railway passenger station is the core in the study of this article.This article discusses the integrated design of bus station in the Angle of urban design,summarizes a series of integrated design elements through case analysis and literature research conclusion,and values of the weight of each element using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Because there are a lot of design considerations and the different level of design elements will be divided in detail,in order to improve the design efficiency,this paper determines the priority of each design element in the design by constructing the design elements system and evaluating the importance degree of elements,and put forward some integration strategies.After that,the rationality and feasibility of the design strategy are verified through the design practice.In the actual project--urban design of Beijing east railway station area,the author carried out integrated design of railway passenger station area from several aspects,including space construction,functional layout,traffic arrangement and landscape optimization,according to the design strategies proposed in this paper.In China,integrated design has become the main trend of the renewal and reconstruction of transportation hub areas.Integrated design needs to consider the regional layout from the urban perspective and the unit design from the overall perspective in combination with the urban development and regional status quo.The integrated design of railway passenger station is to create a multi-functional,highquality and meaningful "urban gateway",taking regional development as the goal,according to the principle of "people-oriented" and "harmonious and unified".The author hopes that the research on the integrated design of railway passenger station area can provide some reference methods and ideas for the development and construction of Chinese railway hub area. |
