| In recent years,the development of prefabricated buildings has attracted the attention of the country and the industry,and the demand for precast components has also increased.In the actual design and production of precast components,due to the large number of participants,the generated demand information is complicated and the data format is not uniform,resulting in the relatively lagging application of the precast component information model delivery method,which hinders the development of industrialization and informatization of prefabricated buildings.This hinders the development of industrialization and informatization of prefabricated buildings.In this regard,this article studies the information delivery method of precast components in the "deepening design-production" stage,aiming to solve the problem of information transmission and sharing of precast component models in this delivery stage.From the perspective of application-oriented delivery,the information delivery process is divided into two stages: information integration and information extraction,and research how to integrate the demand information of precast components into the model,and extract the demand information deeply for the production of precast components,and provide a new solution idea for the delivery of precast component information model.The research in this paper can effectively extract model information,which has certain theoretical value and application prospects for improving the production and processing efficiency of precast components,saving production costs,and promoting the application and development of BIM.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)According to my country’s current information delivery related standards,the coding method of precast components is determined.And analyze the demand information of the precast components in the "deepening design-production" stage,and clarify the delivery requirements of the precast components.According to the basic definition of delivery and the delivery requirements of precast components,an information delivery framework for precast component information integration and precast component information extraction is designed.(2)According to the precast component information delivery framework,a precast component information integration method is proposed to realize the integrated expression of precast component demand information.First,the IFC extension and expression method are used to establish an IFC-based precast component information model architecture.Then,create a precast component model through Revit.Finally,through an example analysis,with the help of us BIM.viewer+ to check the precast component information,namely structural information,geometric information and material information expression results,verify the effectiveness of the information integration method based on IFC.(3)According to the precast component information delivery framework,a precast component information extraction method is proposed to realize the extraction and application of precast component demand information.First,the delivery information of precast components is classified,and the extraction platform based on Revit is used to directly extract precast component information.Then,the Revit secondary development technology is used to extract the consumption information of the rebar cutting,and based on this information data,the GAPSO algorithm is used to obtain the rebar cutting plan.The rationality and practicability of extracting information through case analysis verified the feasibility of the precast component information extraction method,thereby realizing the effective delivery of precast component information. |
