In recent years,in order to save resources,protect the environment and realize the sustainable development of the construction industry,China has issued a series of policies and measures to promote the development of assembled buildings.Because of the imperfection of the standard system and the different technical level of assembled buildings,the construction management of assembled buildings in China faces many challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an information management system,which can be combined with advanced information management technology to improve the quality of assembled buildings and improve construction efficiency.First of all,based on a large number of literature,this paper summarizes the research status of the BIM Technology,the RFID radio frequency technology and the BIM collaborative integration at home and abroad,and puts forward the problems in the process of assembly building construction,as well as the problems in the use of the BIM Technology.Then,according to the principle of the BIM-RFID information technology,the feasibility of the integration of BIM and RFID technology information is explained,and the basic framework of the dynamic management system of the assembly building construction process is finally established.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of the RFID tag information storage,this paper studies the way and the means of effective transfer of the RFID tag information to the BIM model,as well as the construction of the BIM-RFID information integration in the construction process.The component information needed in the construction process between the RFID and the BIM model is collected and acquired through the RFID tag information,so as to realize the storage management of assembly building components and the integrated management of construction progress monitoring.Finally,based on the integration of the BIM-RFID technology information,the construction dynamic simulation of assembly buildings in the Every BIM platform is carried out,and the application management of the components in the construction stage isrealized by using the management platform.Through the application of this management platform,the progress,quality,efficiency and cost of the project are analyzed,and the cost-effectiveness ratio is 0.735 by calculation.The results show that the benefit of the integrated technology application is greater than the cost of its investment.Therefore,the integration of the BIM-RFID technology information can be applied to the construction process of assembly buildings,and improve the efficiency of assembly buildings construction.The research results of this paper provide a new idea for the BIM-RFID information integration technology,Through the dynamic construction simulation of assembly buildings,it provides practical experience for the construction progress control of assembled buildings,which has practical significance for the related enterprises to carry out the work of assembled buildings smoothly.
