With the rapid development of robot control technology and the problem of high labor costs enterprises is facing,the robot is widely used in industrial production to reduce the operating costs,achieve higher processing efficiency and avoid the risk of danger.Based on the research of robot application,we established an automatic production line according to the analysis and comparison of theoretical data and simulation of experiments.Meanwhile,plan and virtual simulation analysis for the feeding robot were accomplished.Firstly,the structure and the characteristics were analyzed with the front cover as the carrier.Furthermore,combined with the product line,we optimized the function of the original parts automatic production and the design of the structure including loading station,robot movement guide rail and the manipulator was started Finally,the virtual simulation analysis was conducted by RobotStudio to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the automatic feeding and unloading scheme of the industrial robot and provide a powerful data demonstration for verifying the accuracy of grasping action of the manipulator and processing qualified and high-quality products.Compared with the traditional conveying mechanism,this scheme has the advantages of reliability,versatility and so on,which can be widely used in modern industrial production process.Through the simulation analysis of the displacement and speed of the robot to perform an action,the movement rule of the robot in actual loading operation was presented and the rigidity of the joints and the flexible impact was reduced.The actual processing test shows that the scheme in this paper has the advantages of improving labor production efficiency,ensure product accuracy,provide reference materials for machining automation production line construction.
