| With the rapid development of Internet information technology,relying on information management mode to achieve the company’s daily operation,power grid operation status supervision,has become the core development direction of the power industry.With the continuous progress of the country and society,power quality and supply capacity of power supply enterprises are facing stricter standards.The business scale of electric power companies continues to increase,and the information construction is becoming faster and faster.As a result,the original database capacity and software level are difficult to meet the actual needs.Therefore,the upgrading of software and database system must be completed as soon as possible.Because of the unbalanced construction of hardware and software,the overall upgrade cost is too high,so only partial upgrade can be achieved,resulting in a decline in the overall performance of the system.In view of this,the power supply company intends to develop a project management and control system based on the enterprise,which can provide technical support for information sharing and teamwork.On the other hand,it represents a real significance for representing such systems to achieve the level of networking,standardization and informatization.Based on the business requirements of the power supply company’s engineering project management,this paper constructs the internal engineering project management and control system based on Web technology,adopting MVC(JSP+Servlet+JavaBean)mode and SQL Server database technology.Firstly,the theory and current situation of project management at home and abroad are systematically studied by collecting and consulting literature.Then,the business processes,user roles and functional modules of the system are analyzed by using UML model.On the basis of functional requirements analysis,the physical architecture,software architecture,functional modules and database of the system are designed in detail.Finally,three models are adopted.Layer software structure realizes the key function modules of the system: system login,basic information management,project transaction management,project plan management,project maintenance management,and so on.The system tests these functions.This paper takes full account of the current situation of the project management business of the power supply company and combines with the actual business needs of the company’s project management.It discusses the whole process of the power project management process from the whole point of view.According to the result of the demand analysis,it constructs the overall functional framework of the system.The design of the enterprise internal project management and control system meets the multi role collaborative project management work,and is suitable for the Web network.Requirements of project office in distributed environment.The development and implementation of this system facilitates the management of company’s engineering projects,improves the work efficiency of users,helps enterprises save time and production costs,and comprehensively enhances the competitiveness of enterprises.The practical value is very significant. |
