Human resource management is an important part of engineering construction.However,due to its late start,human resource management is a weak part of project management in highway engineering projects in China.Nowadays,every city in our country is in the stage of rapid construction,which makes highway engineering construction develop rapidly.Highway engineering construction has become an important factor in the development of every city in our country.Therefore,for the construction of highway engineering enterprises in China,it is an important way to ensure the construction quality to fully improve the human resource management of highway engineering projects.Therefore,under this background,this paper takes the dredging port expressway project contracted by Qingdao Road and Bridge Group as an example to study.In this study,the paper firstly expounds the basic theories of project management and human resource management,and then deeply analyzes the human resource management status of the dredging port expressway project contracted.On this basis,the paper summarizes the existing problems of human resource management in the highway engineering project.Secondly,according to the human resource management problems of the highway project,such as personnel allocation,organizational structure,performance evaluation,personnel compensation system,incentive mechanism and other aspects of the status quo analysis to find out the reasons,and put forward targeted optimization measures.Based on the research of expressway project,this paper provides suggestions on human resource management for highway construction enterprises,so as to promote the progress of human resource management of highway construction projects.
