The rapid development of urban modernization in China requires not only economic development,but also environmental sanitation.Due to the single function and lack of design sense,the existing road sweeping vehicles in China lead to a wide variety of road sweeping vehicles,low operating efficiency,and incompatibility with the urban environment.In order to improve this situation,it is necessary to conduct design research on road sweepers.In this paper,the multi-functional road sweeper is taken as the research object,and the design of TRIZ technical contradiction and industrial design is combined.Based on the contradiction of TRIZ technology,there may be system contradictions after analyzing the multi-functionality of road sweeping vehicles.The TRIZ tool is used to find the corresponding solution,and the human-machine-environment analysis is combined to improve the appearance of the road sweeper.Finally,a multi-functional road sweeper suitable for urban environmental development requirements was designed.Through the design and research of the multi-purpose road sweeper,the function has realized the combination of various functions such as cleaning,dustproof and snow removal;the appearance has optimized the design,color and material;at the same time,the human-machine elements are integrated into it.Make the operation more comfortable.The research results of this paper have important reference significance for the appearance,function and intelligent development of road cleaning equipment.At the same time,it also promotes the application of TRIZ theory in industrial products,and demonstrates that TRIZ technical contradiction is mainly based on function.Universal applicability in product design.
