The aim of the paper is to provide reference for the innovation of power electronics converter.The main contents researched in the paper are as follows:1. The paper interpreted the main contents of TRIZ, raises some general approaches which are used in solving the problems of power electronics converter.2. The paper studies the relationship between 39 general engineering & technical parameters and power electronics converter, and the relationship between 40 innovation principles and power electronics converter firstly, then deduces the technology conflicts, technical parameters and innovation principles for power electronics converter.3. Based on the theory of TRIZ, The paper analyzes the evolution process of rectify circuit, makes a maturity mapping for current rectify technology, and summarizes the evolution mode of the rectify circuit, all these work will provide a enlightening thought for the development of rectify circuit.4.
