With the continuous improvement of project cost management level in our country,the construction project of landscape greening has gradually transited from the initial "Great Leap Forward" construction to the refined management.The construction unit of landscape greening has to take the way of controlling the construction cost of enterprises to reduce the rate of decline in project profits,in order to occupy a place in the increasingly competitive construction market.This paper combining with the afforestation project of W park project in Xi'an City,Shaanxi Province,this paper firstly gives a brief introduction to the general situation of the project,identifies the risks affecting the construction cost in the project comprehensively,and establishes a relatively perfect risk evaluation system for cost control based on this.The system mainly includes six first-level impact factors and 32 second-level impact factors.The weight of the evaluation system is analyzed and compared by using the evaluation principle of the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the risk of cost control of the project is evaluated by using the fuzzy evaluation method.It is concluded that the risk of construction cost control of the project is in the middle level in the process of implementation,and the risk degree can be accepted in the north,but effective measures must be taken to have a greater impact on part of the overall weight.Factor control,in order to further reduce the project construction cost control risk indicators.Through analysis and calculation,it is concluded that the main influencing factors for construction cost control are material price rise,construction not according to the design drawing,transportation cost rise,design change,wage increase,lax control of construction technology,low working efficiency of workers and rework caused by construction quality.According to the eight secondary factors affecting the project,this paper puts forward corresponding strategies,such as the paper proposes a response strategy for material price increase and a material transportation cost response strategy for key risk factors of material cost,in order to provide reference for project cost control.Taking the W park project as an example,the paper can lay down the construction cost management of the whole project by identifying the cost risk factors of the project,the construction of the risk evaluation index system,the comprehensive evaluation of the project risks and the coping strategies of key risk factors.Also,the foundation also effectively enriches the construction cost control theory of landscaping projects.
