Study On The Risk Assessment And Early Warning Of The Construction Cost Of The Highway Construction Project

The change of macro environment,the existing highway operation management mode,security mechanism and characteristics of Expressway itself,reasonable operation of highway poses a challenge.These uncertainties more,the greater the potential loss of highway engineering cost,the higher the risk.At present,the research on the highway engineering at home and abroad mainly in the highway management mode,financial risk control,early warning of highway engineering construction project cost risk management is still a lack of depth,the relative lack of research on the risk management of the highway.Highway project risk early warning theory research in China has just started,in order to reach the level of developed countries,still need a process,so as to strengthen the research and exploration of highway project risk early warning management theory and practice,to achieve control of road engineering project risk,so as to strengthen the highway engineering project risk early warning research It has important theoretical significance and practical value.On the basis of the highway construction process,in-depth analysis of the construction cost risk management theory,explores the factors affecting cost risk management model,method of risk identification,risk assessment and risk early warning measures four aspects of the research of highway project construction phase cost control,to avoid loss and damage control early warning measures are proposed,by using the Monte Carlo method,prediction and evaluation of highway project construction phase of the cost of risk.Based on the project risk management theory,from the point of view of project cost risk identification,analysis the influence factors of the project cost risk,highway construction cost risk management system is put forward,based on the cost of construction project project risk identification process,analysis the cost of construction project risk factors,and proposes the corresponding cost risk assessment method,the monte carlo method.And the project cost,risk assessment software "crystal ball" software simulation project cost risk assessment.Finally,according to the dynamic characteristics of cost management,the cost risk prevention measures for construction projects are put forward.The risk theory and actual project cost of the construction project combination,according to the characteristics of each stage of the project cost management,put forward a set of project cost risk strategies,will be helpful to prevent risk in practical engineering.
