The construction of large-scale resource thermal power plants is a complex and intertwined implementation process.Roofing steel truss installation and construction is the most involved branch with other professions.Special steel structures are full of challenges from design to construction.Especially during the construction process,many construction problems gradually surfaced in the process,paying attention to bold innovation and technological breakthroughs,and summarizing the lessons of the process.These are gradually promoted.In the past practice,the design process was tight and controllable,but the designers often did not understand the problems of the construction process,and often caused the components to be assembled and failed to adapt to the on-site assembly or affect the safety control during construction.So it is important to strengthen the experience of the construction process.This paper takes the development of roof steel structure quality management and quality control measures of a resource thermal power plant project in Guangzhou as the main cutting direction.Under the premise of no available space,it explores the use of the factory’s own bridge crane to transport and install overweight main trusses and other times.The method of the component.Using the software to verify the calculation and quantitative check before implementation,predicting the spatial variation and internal force distribution of the large probability of the sliding operation platform during the post-installation,which proves the feasibility of the design idea.It further demonstrates that the determined installation process and quality control measures meet the site’s practicality,safety and stability.The obstacles and problems encountered in the construction and installation of the steel building trusses are carefully discussed andsystematically introduced into the quality management summary of the innovation during the construction process.The construction project overcomes the problem and summarizes the quality control points.It can provide reference for the experience of quality control and quality management of the roof steel structure of the crane beam installation in similar large-scale plant projects in the future.
