With the continuous improvement of human construction capabilities,the construction standards for bridges,tunnels,large spans,and high-rise buildings have gradually increased,so the technical requirements for construction applications and facilities have also risen.In order to meet the benign development of China's construction industry,during the construction and construction of the project,the standard design and operation of the large formwork support should be emphasized to improve the safety of the whole system;and according to the actual needs of the project,the normative standards should be strictly observed,and the design plan should be proposed.Realistic and feasible construction plan,real-time supervision of construction and use,strengthening review and hidden danger investigation.Considering the safety and stability of the formwork support frame,the ease of operation and convenience,and the ease of erection and disassembly,the button-type formwork support frame system has obvious advantages and has been gradually used by the construction unit in a large area.In this paper,the two kinds of socket plate fastener type scaffold with 1.5m lay length and 2m lay distance are taken as the research object,and the vertical bearing capacity test is carried out.The vertical bearing capacity,failure mode,horizontal stiffness and vertical of the formwork support frame are obtained.The recommended value of the vertical bearing capacity is given to the law of stiffness variation.At the same time,the finite element method is used to obtain the joint stiffness of the template support frame which is close to the experimental value under the axial compression state.The finite element model is established to further analyze the different frame diameter,thickness and steel strength.The vertical axial compression performance reveals the bearing mechanism of the formwork frame under axial compression.The ultimate bearing capacity and continuous collapse resistance of this type of formwork support system are analyzed when there are initial defects,partial failures and ungrounded rods.The stiffness of the joint semi-rigid is higher,and the ultimate bearing capacity is higher than that of the general one.The formwork support frame should be high;the ultimate bearing capacity is high,and continuous collapse will not occur after reaching the ultimate bearing capacity,but in the actual use,special attention should be paid to some details.Finally,according to the calculation theory,the calculation of the axial bearing capacity of the formwork support frame is carried out.It is concluded that when the step size is small,the stability analysis theory can be used to calculate the vertical bearing capacity of the formwork support frame;In large cases,it is also necessary to consider the reduction of the bearing capacity by the "second-order effect" generated by the vertical force,and correspondingly propose two-point construction.Through the above-mentioned tests of vertical bearing capacity,finite element analysis and continuous collapse analysis,the vertical bearing capacity,joint stiffness,the influence of different initial defects and the resistance to continuous collapse are verified.The performance emphasizes the erection problem that should be paid attention to during the construction site.Several structural suggestions are put forward,which have some theoretical significance and practical useful value.
