QFD-based Technology In Rural Road Planning Study Of The Quality Of Evaluation Methods

Rural highway plays an important role in the social, economic and culture.Since 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China, rural highway has made tremendous achievements, however, the overall service level of rural highway level still can not meet the needs of socio-economic development and people's lives improvement. It is still a"bottleneck"and a weak link, restricting national economic development.In recent years, the accidents and problems of rural highway quality have occurred frequently. According to the basic division stage of rural highway construction projects, quality planning is included in the stage of pre-decision-making and development, which has the greatest impact on the whole. The study of this stage can effectively solve or reduce the various types of quality problems of rural highway.Based on QFD technology and domestic and foreign research achievements, the objectives and a variety of factors about quality planning in the construction of rural highway are analysed in this paper from the perspective of favorable quality planning of rural highway projects. Furthermore, QFD technology as a tool of analysis is used and planning quality house of rural highway is established in this thesis. All elements from the planning quality house are analysed to bulid the quality evaluation index system. Then, the heavy of each index is confirmed by AHP and QFD technology in order to set up a Gray-AHP fuzzy evaluation model. And last,Hunan Province in accordance with the actual situation of Xintian-Jiahe rural highway and building construction of rural road evaluation index system of quality planning, quality assessment of the use of planning models, the actual quantitative evaluation of the project.In this thesis, the research, from highway projects in rural areas ,and from the decision-making stage, to grasp the overall rural highway road to study the quality of highway projects in rural planning system, for the actual quality of the planning of rural road construction to provide a guiding role, with a view to the construction phase in the rural roads in rural areas form a reasonable road quality.
