In recent years,as the rate of China's gas penetration has been continuously improved, the mileage of pipelines for transporting gas in cities is increasing. While providing convenience for people's production and life, there are potential hazards, such as poisoning and explosions caused by pipeline leakage. In order to improve the safety control of the gas pipeline and reduce the occurrence of unfavorable accidents in the pipeline transportation process, this paper studies the corrosion risk of the municipal gas pipeline network. The main research contents are listed as follows.1.Based on previous research results, the risk analysis and evaluation methods are compared.According to the evaluation process and the quantitative degree of results,it is divided into three types of evaluation methods, namely qualitative evaluation, semiquantitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation.Commonly used evaluation methods are briefly described and analyzed for their advantages and disadvantages,so that it is easy to select a suitable method to assess the risk of gas pipelines corrosion.2.The research analyzes the principle of affecting the corrosion factors of gas pipelines, classifies the extent of the factors, and quantifies the degree of influence on the pipelines.Formulate the principles and construct a gas pipeline corrosion risk assessment index system to provide an evaluation framework support for pipeline corrosion risks.3.In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method is used to evaluate the corrosion risk of gas pipelines. The analysis method needs to rank the importance of each factor. Therefore, the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of each factor, and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed based on improved AHP.The membership function is the core of the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method, which reveals the uncertainty of the transition state of things and quantifies the qualitative problem. The calculation and analysis are carried out,and the membership function suitable for gas pipeline corrosion risk assessment is obtained, which improves the practicability. The applicability and correctness of the model are verified by engineering examples.4.Developing a pipe network segmentation standard and proposing the steps of the model for risk assessment of pipeline corrosion. The model is used to evaluate the gas pipeline network of the S city, and some buried gas pipelines are randomly selected for excavation to verify the degree of conformity between the observation results and the calculation results. The results show that the results are consistent. The evaluation model can provide maintenance suggestions for the pipeline operation enterprise and it has great practical value.
