Electromagnetic emission technology is a technology that uses electromagnetic force to launch payloads.It converts electromagnetic energy into mechanical energy,and works by electromagnetic force to propel the load.In essence,it is a special linear motor.Compared with the traditional gunpowder emission,the electromagnetic emission is faster,better control ability,higher efficiency,and at the same time shooting without sound,no smoke,no muzzle flame,so it has good firing concealmentIn this paper,the magneto resistive coil emission is selected as the research object,and a six-stage magneto resistive electromagnetic gun model is established.The effects of the number of turns of drive coil,capacitor voltage,capacitance and trigger time on the emission efficiency of multistage electromagnetic gun are analyzed by simulation.By combining the orthogonal test method with the design of multistage electromagnetic gun parameters,the parameters of the electromagnetic gun are optimized in order to improve the launching efficiency and the launching speed.The main work accomplished in this paper includes:Firstly,the electromagnetic emission technology and its development at home and abroad are summarized.The multistage magneto resistive electromagnetic gun model is constructed,its working principle is analyzed,the equivalent circuit model and dynamic equation are established,and the force equation of the projectile is obtained.Secondly,the effects of several parameters,such as the turn number of drive coil,capacitor voltage,capacitance and trigger time,on the emission efficiency and velocity of the electromagnetic gun are analyzed theoretically.The simulation results are obtained by using the finite element analysis software Maxwell.The results show that with the continuous increase of the velocity of the projectile through the various driving coils,the above parameters have the best value,which makes the launching efficiency or the launching velocity maximumFinally,the design of multistage magneto resistive electromagnetic gun parameters is combined with the orthogonal experiment method to reduce the task of simulation,analyze the influence of each parameter synthetically,and obtain the optimal parameters by combining the results of orthogonal experiment method.The electromagnetic gun has higher launching efficiency.By adding yoke iron,the structure is optimized to improve the efficiency of electromagnetic gun.
