| Boeing’s survey results show that 70% of unsafe incidents of jet aircraft of the world civil aviation industry were caused by human factors.Human factors are also the most important factors of the unsafe incidents caused by civil aircraft maintenance personnel in the meanwhile.Aircraft maintenance is an important part of aviation safety,the safety performance of aircraft maintenance personnel is directly related to safety of aircrafts.Aircraft maintenance mainly includes maintenance personnel,release personnel.In addition,special vehicle personnel,bridge borne personnel and dispatcher are also included.Their safety behavior is the basis of ensuring the safe operation of the airport.Past aviation unsafe incidents indicate that we ought to consummate error management of aircraft crew.The attitudes and action tendencies when facing errors have an impact on their behaviors.On the other hand,under the hierarchical culture of Chinese enterprises,it is very necessary to discuss how to activate prohibitive voice to improve the error management of civil aviation industry.Besides,employees’ perceived error management climate has attracted more and more attention.Previous studies have shown that error management climate can regulate the relationship between individual traits and individual behavior.The object of this research is civil aircraft maintenance personnel,discussing the relationship between error orientation,prohibitive voice,safety performance,error management climate,constructing a theoretical model.This thesis puts forward some suggestions on improving and perfecting civil aviation error management from the aspects of aircraft management and aircraft maintenance personnel themselves,helping aircraft maintenance department to carry out targeted error management,guiding employees to form positive error orientation,improving the safety performance of civil aviation enterprises.The purpose of this study is to improve the safety performance of aircraft maintenance personnel,improve the quality of civil aviation work,ensure the safety of life and property of civil aviation passengers and staff.Questionnaire is the data source of this study.Data analysis is completed by SPSS 23.0 software.According to the results of data analysis,this study draws the following conclusions.(1)Error handling and error expectation have a significant positive impact on the safety performance;error strain and error concealment significantly negativly influence safety performance;error orientation has a significant positive impact on the safety performance.(2)Prohibitive voice plays a mediation role between error handling/error expectation/error strain/error concealment and safety performance.(3)Error management climate significantly positively moderates the relationship between error handling/error expectation/ error strain/ error concealment and prohibitive voice.The innovations of this thesis are mainly embodied in two aspects:(1)Dig out the relationship between the dimensions of civil aircraft maintenance personnel’s error orientation and safety performance;(2)Take prohibitive voice as an intermediary variable into the theoretical model,examine the impact of individual characteristics on prohibitive voice,and explore the relationship between prohibitive voice and safety performance.Open the "black box" of this influence mechanism with the research idea of "individual characteristics-individual behavior-individual performance". |
