| Aircraft maintenance is the first safeguard to ensure the safety of flight.Therefore,it is the most crucial part that the quality about each civil aviation maintenance personnel work can influence the flight safety directly.Regardless of civil aviation maintenance personnel keeping flight safety,system working normally,improving service quality,controlling costs of maintenance or decreasing the operating costs of aircraft companies,their works always have the most significant power and influence.If sense of happiness of civil aviation maintenance personnel tends to be decreased continuously,it will cause those works to be of lower quality.Workers will make a lot of mistakes,and these can bring some huge threat to flight safety,so that impact economy,even physical and personal security.Through reviewing academic literatures and interview survey,the study noticed that personnel’s occupational well-being can be influenced by some elements,such as professional ideal,comprehensive salary,work / family relationship.And the study used questionnaire investigation and data statistics to determine the effect mechanism about these factors,and the mediation of organizational support.This research focused on exploring the impact mechanism of the factors,which can influence the personnel occupational well-being,trying to make some measures to improve the sense of happiness about their works,to improve the repair quality,and protect the personal and economic safety.The study used questionnaire survey method to collected related data.Then we analyzed & count them by SPSS19.0 to verify the hypothesis.The results shows: firstly,different scholar degree created different influence to sense of happiness of personnel.Sex,age,working life,position level and marital status didn’t exist insignificant correlation with it.Secondly,professional ideal,comprehensive salary and work / family relationship were crucial impact factors,and they had significant correlation with occupational well-being and organizational support.And organizational support had significant correlation with sense of happiness,either.Finally,personnel’s organizational support worked as mediation of professional ideal and occupational well-being,intrinsic compensation and occupational well-being,work / family relationship and occupational well-being.All of these elements not only could influence occupational well-being directly,but could also cause organizational support to influence it.Moreover,the innovation points of this study were present and proved the effect mechanism model of occupational well-being of civil aviation maintenance personnel,and tried to offer a new method,through using mediator variable(organizational support)to improve occupational well-being. |
