On the traditional erecting system,the supply tank of the hydraulic leg usually shares a common tank with the erecting tank.So the volume of the entire common tank will be relatively large and it is difficult to place on the vehicle body.The shared tank will also cause the pipeline layout of the vehicle body to become extremely complicated.As a result,this all increase the difficulty of design.Even if we can complete it,it will also have some hidden danger.To solve this problem,this paper designs a direct-drive hydraulic leveling system based on LabView.First,the system uses a new type of transmission scheme,the electric hydrostatic actuator.The electric hydrostatic actuator is an integrated design of the traditional hydraulic system,which is simple and clear.Second,a new type of virtual instrument is required on the controller.This method can be implemented by software.And the hardware cooperates to realize various functions of traditional control instruments.Finally,this system also uses direct drive control to strengthen the use of the motor's own speed,direction and torque functions.The results show that the system can separate the leveling fuel tank from the vertical fuel tank,and the fuel tank of each leg is independent of each other,which simplifies the layout of the fuel tank pipeline,reduces the volume of the fuel tank,and reduces the placement.In addition,relying on a computer for signal processing and calculation greatly speeds up the equipment's response speed and operation processing capacity,can effectively store a large amount of experimental data,directly control the operation of the outriggers through motors and pumps,and eliminates the hydraulic circuit.Middle throttling loss.In the end,after testing,the system fully met the original design intent,solved the complex problem of shared fuel tanks and pipelines,fully realized the pre-conceived function,and added the leveling at any height based on the original software functions.The function of the system makes the system applicable to a wider range of terrains and occasions,and also meets the needs of the experiment in accuracy.The leveling time is controlled at about 50 s and the leveling accuracy is controlled at about 0.2°.
