Since entering the 21 st century,market competition in the world is more and more intense.The model of china’s manufacturing industry depends on the development of cheap labor force has been gradually showing weakness in the high-tech background.Our country needs to improve capability of independent innovation,step into the "Create in China",and grasp the new round of global scientific and technological competition.Technology innovation,method first.The conceptual design phase is the most innovative stage in the process of product design,and the quality of conceptual design principle solution is more directly determines the product quality,production costs and manufacturing process.The evaluation of conceptual design principle solution can effectively avoid the repetition of design,shorten the design cycle,and provide guidance for the follow-up product design.According to the fractal characteristics of partial function and total function in the mechanical system,the thesis studies the function realization degree from the point of view of the function element,and layer by layer recursion,completed the evaluation of principle solution’s total function realization degree.The function realization degree of the principle solution refers to the degree of implementation of the function relative to the needs.So analysis needs as a reference for evaluate the function realization degree.Establishing the conceptual design principle solution suitable for evaluation of function realization degree.The main research in the thesis includes the following parts:(1)Explored the obtaining method of explicit customer needs and the prediction method of implicit customer needs in different stages of life cycle.Combining the KANO model to classify the needs according to the customer’s expectations,and proposed a formulation method of Product Design Specification based on needs.(2)Proposed mapping mechanism of need type and function importance,and the coupling mechanism of one-to-many and many-to-one mapping between need and function is revealed.By using the design matrix,provided decoupling process of need and function mapping.Based on the difference of function importance to driven function design,combined with the effect and the FES model is used to complete the principle solution.(3)Explored the relationship between function and flow,demonstrated the fundamental reasons for the failure of the effect chain and function flow solution modelwas established.A mathematical model for establishing the ideality degree of the function input flow with the membership function,a calculation model of function realization degree based on interval overlap.Introduced fractal recursion thought and based on the logical relationship between functional elements,layer by layer recursive the degree of function element realization,complete the quantitative evaluation of functional realization degree of the principle solution.(4)Take the desktop sorting and bundling machine of financial machinery as an example,the design and evaluation of the product’s principle solution were completed,according to the evaluation method of function realization degree of concept design principle solution in this thesis.Provided guidance for the design of related products,and show that the method has good effectiveness and practicability.
