Research And Application Of Harmful Function Evolution Dynamic Modeling Based On Risk And Self-organization Theory

After the reform and opening-up policy,Chinese manufacturing industry had developed rapidly and created the myth of "made in China".But with the progress of science and technology and the development of the society,the developing mode of the past has already can't keep up with the pace of The Times,Chinese manufacturing industry must complete from "made in China" to "created in China".Improving the ability of independent innovation is the precondition of the transformation,but the existence of harmful function seriously affects the design quality of innovation products and restricts the upgrading of core technology.Identifying and eliminating potentially harmful functions from the perspective of front-end prevention is an effective way to improve the design quality of product.Research on evolution mechanism of harmful function is the basis of preventing and eliminating harmful function.The main contents of the paper are following:(1)Proposed implementation mechanism of functions,and revealed that it is the result of external and internal factors.Defined the concept of harmful function,and expounded the characters of harmful function and the performances on the various stages of the product whole life cycle.Analyzed the formation cause of harmful function according to the implementation mechanism of functions.(2)Defined harmful function forming elements based on risk theory,including: harmful function factor,principle of harmful function,harmful function flow,inducement of harmful function,path of harmful function conduction,harmful function acceptor and harmful function threshold.Proposed the analysis process of harmful function factors by using the method of resources analysis.Put forward the solving method of the harmful function threshold by using the fuzzy theory.(3)Based on the attributes and interaction rules of harmful function forming elements,revealed the inherent law of harmful function evolution and established the formation and evolution process of harmful function by introducing the self-organization theory.Finally introduced the characteristics and models of harmful function evolution.(4)Used the design of button battery automatic buckle rubber ring equipment as an example,analyzed the possible harmful functions and evolution model of them based on the formation and evolution process of harmful function.Provided guidance for design staff to prevent and eliminate harmful function.Verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the process.
