Research On Core Competence Promotion Of Construction Engineering Enterprises

In recent years,China’s construction industry has developed rapidly,and the industry scale,technology level,and management level have been greatly improved,but the competition in the construction industry has become increasingly fierce.Domestic construction enterprises need to cope with the pressure from competitors at home and abroad,and at the same time,they must make reasonable use of resources and handle the relationship between competition and development.Therefore,under such a competitive situation,if construction enterprises want to survive in the competition and achieve sustainable high-quality development,they must gradually improve their core competitiveness.On the basis of combing the core competitiveness related theories and the actual situation of the Z Group,the thesis analyzes the status of the core competitiveness of the company from the external environment and internal environment.Based on this,the thesis builds a SWOT model,which analyzes in detail the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of Z Group’s core competitiveness.Through analyzing,it is concluded that the competitive advantages of Z Group are reflected in traditional business,corporate foundation,and construction technology and construction capabilities.However,combining the disadvantages of the Z Group and the threats facing the Z Group,it can be seen that the advantages of traditional businesses and corporate foundations are weakening.In terms of construction technology and capacity,Z Group’s strong construction technology and good soft power are exactly the core competitiveness of Z Group.And these advantages are accumulated over a long period of time,which also means that it is difficult for competitors to surpass in a short time.Focusing on the core competitiveness of construction technology and construction capacity,the thesis proposes specific improvement measures from three aspects: improving the remanufacturing ability and mechanized equipment level of the enterprise,giving play to the research and development innovation ability of the scientific research team,and improving the management level of the construction site.Finally,the thesis proposes corresponding safeguard measures from the aspects of system guarantee,fund guarantee,talent guarantee,and corporate culture construction guarantee.
