Currently,The locomotive new product certification,the first/set of prototype development cost rising,product manufacturing to form a complete set of test equipment and infrastructure such as financial investment demand also will increase.Face the high expenses,railway equipment enterprise research and development of new products,improve technical equipment field key technology innovation ability,strengthen scientific research and innovation investment required for research and development of the hardware and software environment of basic facilities construction,guide and support enterprises in the key equipment technology research and development,support r&d,design,test,certification,detection and other public service platform construction.Using ANSYS DesignSpace,design engineers can generated in the product design phase to the 3 D CAD models(including part and assembly),thermal deformation and stress analysis and thermal stress coupling analysis,vibration analysis and shape optimization,at the same time for different working conditions were analyzed.ANSYS/DesignSpace has nonlinear solving intelligent expert system,can automatically set to solve control,get convergent solution;User does not need to non-linear finite element knowledge can complete the past only an expert can contact analysis.In this paper,the overall design research and development of locomotive first begin,the thread of the product technology innovation,promoting energy conservation and environmental protection design concept,following the modular,standardization,seriation,generalization and information design principle,the design of locomotive at present,the research and development of electronic technology of ANSYS software platform applied research,put forward the research and development of locomotive design,for example,a certain type of locomotive car-body virtual calculation and analysis in the research and development to improvethe locomotive life cycle in the design of locomotive,this paper expounds in detail and focus on the later data processing,this article also hopes to research and design of locomotive electronic technology application research,eventually driving locomotive electronic equipment in the design of research and development in our country and the comprehensive promotion of application technology,realize the goal of modular,platform of locomotive products at an early date.Technology platform for China's motorcycle industry building products,improve product performance,safety and reliability,reduce the product whole life cycle cost,provides the basis.The locomotive car body steel structure is the main bearing structure,the optimization design for the whole of locomotive in the work of the development of key,in the car body strength,stiffness,on the basis of implementing lightweight design,which conforms to the locomotive axle load requirements.In order to do this job,in the process of the study,the introduction of the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS,based on the aspects of the current existing research results,in view of the locomotive car body structure design scheme of optimization and improve the processing,makes the car body structure weight under control.Car body structure is large,heavy and complicated to make it with asymmetric structure in the aspect of load bearing,in order to accurately simulate the car body structure so that the calculation results more close to the body of the actual work performance,create vehicle entity model in PROE software,ANSYS,then using the method of external input entity modeling,data exchange,meshing method,and the size of the grid density control parameters are set a consistent and reasonable,the use of ANSYS software programmed,parameterization and modularization technologies,implement the data exchange and sharing,fleet of parallel computing,make the car body structure scheme corresponding comparison to form the optimal design scheme.This article is divided into six chapters,of which the first chapter and the sixth chapter introduction and on the outlook for the future research direction,respectively,in the second chapter,three,four,five,as the core content of this thesis,the author of the research and development of locomotive objectives and requirements,analysis of car body virtual computing(static strength,fatigue strength,anti-collision design),thefinite element ANSYS analysis conclusion,locomotive products static strength test and weighing test,etc.
