Research On POE Of Shenzhen High-tech Park Public Open Space And Optimization Strategies

The public open space in a high-tech park can promote people's social interaction and public life, accelerate the exchange of information, and alleviate the pressure of work as well as inspire creative thinking. A high-tech park is based on the concentration of high-quality talents' brain power. Thus, it should pay more attention to talents' feeling of use, create high quality public open space of high-tech park, and inspire talents' creativity. The way how to establish scientific POE(post occupancy evaluation) system to evaluate the public open space of high-tech parks, and how to create high quality environment of public open space to promote exchanges and communication between high technicians is the focus in this paper.Firstly, some concepts, such as high-tech park, public open space, public open space of high-tech park, is explained in this paper. Secondly, POE theory and its application will be introduced in detail. Thirdly, after the development history and characteristics of Shenzhen High-Tech Park, pilot research, and participant observation is introduced, current situation of Shenzhen High-Tech park public open space will be analyzed preliminarily, characteristics summarized, and problems found. And then, according to the earlier research as well as practical situation of high-tech park, and using evaluation factors of public open space home and abroad as reference, define the index such as evaluation factor, establish evaluation system of Shenzhen High-Tech Park public open system, and design a corresponding questionnaire.Taking users' requirement and feeling for public open space as the key point and starting point, understanding Shenzhen High-Tech Park users' real need through on-site investigation and issuing questionnaires. Study users' degree of satisfaction with all the factors of public open space by AHP and Likert scale method. Material factors include four categories: green space, square, roads and public facilities. Obtain users' opinions from the perspective of place spirit at spiritual level. At last, process data by data software, and obtain comprehensive evaluation results to conclude success and deficiencies.According to the evaluation analysis above, put forward optimization object and principles aiming at the shortcoming. Refer to successful experiences of high-tech parks home and abroad, raising the corresponding optimization strategies from the following aspects: green space, square space, road space, supporting facilities and place spirit.In this paper, it is to establish scientific public open space POE system of high-tech parks taking Shenzhen High-Tech Park as an example, finding success and shortcomings, and then put forward targeted optimization strategies, improve the quality of public open space, in order to meet users' requirements better. It is good for designers to pay more attention to users' feeling in designing high-tech parks and create more comfortable public open space to be the example of designing and optimizing public open space in high-tech parks.
