Environmental pollution and energy shortage have become the focus of the world's attention.The sustainable development of the traditional automobile industry is bound to face this dual pressure.Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle(PHEV)combines the advantages of HEV and EV.Its power battery pack capacity is much larger than HEV,and it can be charged with external electricity.It is considered as an indispensable product for the transition to pure electric vehicle.For the development of engineering PHEV hybrid control system,the rule control strategy is adopted to meet the requirements of high robustness,good real-time performance and easy implementation on the vehicle controllerThis paper focuses on the dual-motor dual-clutch powertrain,from the design of the powertrain to the development of the rule-based control strategy.The full text includes the following parts:(1)PHEV dual motor powertrain matching and model building.On the basis of a traditional fuel SUV,the engine of the original car is retained,and the transmission system of the PHEV is completely modified.According to the dynamic performance of the developed PHEV,the selection and parameter matching of the drive motor,ISG motor and power battery pack are carried out.Based on the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform,the various components of the above powertrain are modeled,and the longitudinal dynamics model of the vehicle and the driver model are also created.(2)CAN bus benchmarking and CAN bus network system research.Through CANalyzer,CAN bus benchmarking analysis of a hybrid vehicle,analysis of key signals,analysis of its control strategy,providing ideas for the development and improvement of the control strategy of this paper;by comparing the selection of CAN bus as the PHEV communication developed in this paper Agreement to complete the research of CAN bus network system(3)Development of vehicle control strategy.The operating mode and working mode of PHEV are analyzed.The rule-based energy management strategy is selected The thresholds of battery SOC,vehicle speed and demand power and the switching conditions between each working mode are set.Combined with engine and battery control strategies,each the torque of the power components is distributed to complete the formulation of the PHEV energy management strategy.(4)Vehicle modeling and simulation.Based on Matlab/Stateflow,the model switching of each stage was completed.The modeling method of forward simulation was used to complete the preliminary verification of the control strategy,and the economics and dynamics of the vehicle were analyzed.(5)The assembled hybrid powertrain is bench tested to verify that the assembly is functioning properly and to test the performance of each component.
