Integrated Hospital Planning And Architectural Design Research Under The Combination Of Medical And Nursing Mode

With the aging of China's population,the problem of old-age care for the elderly in China is becoming more serious.How to ensure the normal life of the elderly while getting good medical services is a problem that must be solved in China at this stage.The “health-care combination” model is produced in this context.On the one hand,the hospital still guarantees that people who come to see the disease get good and effective medical services.On the other hand,the hospital provides good health and medical conditions for the elderly to ensure that they can Carry out a life of old age.This paper proposes an integrated planning and design strategy for hospitals of health-care combination through the related literatures,combined with the differences in the needs of medical and medical rehabilitation patients,including the following:Firstly,through the data collection and literature search,the background and research status of the research topic are analyzed,the research purpose and significance are clarified,and the research method and framework are established.In the second chapter,the author investigates the needs of the medical support group in the form of questionnaires.The questionnaires are used for horizontal comparison and research on their various needs,and are summarized in the comparison of population demand differences.At the same time,the hospitals of the three types of buildings,including single-family,double-row and group-type,were investigated separately,and their characteristics were compared horizontally.In the third chapter,we first summarize the differences in demand between the two groups of people on the daily streamline and psychological level.Combine the background of medical care and hospitals,and comb the connotation of the integrated concept.Through the integrated concept,the design connotation of the medical space is summarized,and the spatial level is divided into two levels: planning and design.In the fifth chapter,from the microscopic respective,according to the type of nursing unit classification,integrate nursing unit and rehabilitation physiotherapy area,environment and non-medical treatment area.Then,integrate the individual needs of the nursing population within the design of the rehabilitation unit.In the fourth chapter,it mainly discusses the strategy of combining medical education with hospital planning level.In the urban spatial planning,the relationship between the distribution of medical resources and the distribution of medical care and hospitals is analyzed,and the four levels of positioning of medical care combined hospitals in urban layout and the ratio of medical beds are proposed.Under the functional organization plan,the building composition is divided into centralized and decentralized hospital buildings,and various types of functional organization strategies are proposed.In the traffic organization,the traffic organization form is divided into "outer ring" and "three-dimensional" traffic organizations,and different organizational strategies are proposed according to different situations of the site.In the ecological environment construction,the classification and characteristics of the courtyard types are summarized,and the corresponding strategies are proposed for the environmental planning of various types of medical care combined hospitals.In the fifth chapter,it mainly discusses the strategy of the combination of medical and nursing hospitals at the design level.In the layout design of the nursing unit,the nursing unit is combined with the rehabilitation physiotherapy area and the external greening environment to design and propose strategies.In the design of the ward space,the strategy of combining the bedside activity space with the internal greening environment is proposed.On the supporting service space,classify service types and propose corresponding placement strategies.Finally,the author expounds the above design method through the project of Guangming Campus of Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,and verifies the relevant planning and design strategies,and provides some reference for subsequent research and specific practical operations.
