Research On Modeling Design Of Automobile Rearview Mirror

Rearview mirror is a component of automobile appearance to ensure driving safety and provide driving convenience and is also a carrier of many functions.As we all know,no product can exist separately from its function.From the perspective of functionalism,as a more complex industrial product,the external rearview mirror has many functions at the material and spiritual levels.As the carrier of its function,the structural support is an important guarantee to ensure that the function can be fully played.Therefore,the study of its shape cannot be separated from the functional structure of the product.The diversity of product functional structure determines the complexity of its modeling.To study the relatively complex modeling,it is necessary to analyze its internal logical relationship and clarify the relationship between its functional structure and components.Therefore,under the guidance of functional theory and system theory,this paper analyses its modeling structure in order to ensure the perfect integration of functional system and structural system.Modeling design research is different from design and the key point is to summarize a series of effective theoretical guidance through specific design,which has a wide impact on future design.Through the analysis of design research,literature review and analysis,market research,product analysis,combined with function theory and system theory,the paper puts forward a set of styling design methods for automotive rearview mirror and chooses ROEWE360 as a case to study design practice to verify the whole set of modeling design research methods.Finally,we get the perfect function,complete structure and beautiful shape of the rear-view mirror design to meet the two-way demand of product consumption function and aesthetics.
