Design And Implementation Of Operation And Maintenance Management System Of National Energy Investment Group

With the further development of the scale of the State Energy Investment Group(hereinafter referred to as the State Investment Group),the original operation and maintenance management of the Group can not meet the needs of the merged Group.In order to solve the problems of operation and maintenance management imbalance and inefficiency,this paper designs and implements an operation and maintenance management system of CITIC Group,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of operation and maintenance management of CITIC Group,make the operation and maintenance management of CITIC Group more streamlined and standardized,and promote the progress and development of CITIC Group.The operation and maintenance management system designed and implemented in this paper uses B/S framework,object-oriented method and UML modeling language to realize the analysis model and design model of the system.As a data engine,SQL Server 2016 uses ABAP language to program on the server side and JavaScript language to program on the front end.The system uses these technologies to develop the system,which integrates the actual needs and business processes of system users,and can effectively improve the practicability and security of the system after development.At the stage of system design,the overall structure of the design is defined.Combining with the investigation,nine basic functions are designed,including bill presentation,approval,forwarding,inquiry,data download,personalized settings,evaluation,collection and contact.In addition,according to the actual needs of group users and the actual situation in the process of operation and maintenance,we also designed two special functions: work order Association and rights application.Among them,the way of work order association goes hand in hand can not only improve the processing efficiency of work order,but also can be well summarized and processed in the later period through association.The realization of the operation and maintenance management system can not only greatly improve the efficiency of the group users' presentation,approval and inquiry of work orders,make the group business more efficient and convenient,but also reduce the operation and maintenance costs to a certain extent and improve the operation and maintenance management level of the group.At last,this paper tests the functions of the system,such as the bill of lading and the relationship between the bill of lading,and analyses the test results,which shows that the system meets the design requirements.The operation and maintenance management system designed and implemented in this paper combines the era background of informationization,more in line with the current group's operation and maintenance management needs,whether for staff or the whole group,the development of the system is of great significance.Generally speaking,the establishment of operation and maintenance management system can better promote the development of group business and lay a good foundation for the future development of the group.
