The shaped charge warhead is the main mean of attacking armored targets and hard targets currently.But with the constant improvement of the armor protection ability,the lethality of traditional shaped charge warhead has received a great challenge.The double layer liner and variable thickness liner shaped charge warhead have their unique penetration and lethality advantages,which are the hot spots of the current reasearch at home and abroad.By the method of combing the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the jet forming mechanism,features and penetration performance of variable thickness double layer liner shaped charge are deeply studied in the thesis.On the platform of AUTODYN code,the jet formation and penetration performance of variable thickness copper-aluminum and tungsten-copper layer liner shaped charge are investigated,and the influence of the cone angle,the thickness of liner on the penetration effects are obtained.By the influences,the structure to realize the maximum penetration depth of variable thickness copper-aluminum and tungsten-copper layer liner shaped charge against steel plane are presented.The jet formation and penetration performance of variable thickness tantalum-aluminum layer liner shaped charge is investigated,and the influence of the cone angle,the thickness and height of burst of liner on the penetration effects are obtained.By the influences,the structure to realize the deeper penetration depth and the larger diameter of tantalum-aluminum layer liner shaped charge against concrete target is presented.
