The central air-conditioning system is the main monitoring object of the large building automation system(BAS),and it is also the largest energy-consuming equipment in the entire large-scale building(about 40%).Refrigeration compressors,chilled water pumps,cooling water pumps,cooling tower fans and other refrigeration systems are the most important energy-consuming equipment in central air-conditioning equipment.Therefore,improving the energy efficiency of central air-conditioning refrigeration systems is an important way to save energy through the use of advanced control technologies and equipment.This paper mainly introduces the central air-conditioning automatic control system of a local style center.From the purpose of building green intelligent buildings and realizing the energy-saving and low-cost of the stylistic center,the design scheme and energy-saving control strategy of the system are proposed.Through the use of frequency conversion technology and PID control,optimization control and other technologies developed and designed the refrigeration room group control system,from the refrigeration room in the cold(hot)water unit,frozen(hot)water pump,cooling(heat)water pump and cooling tower four In terms of comprehensive energy efficiency(Chiller Plant Efficiency(CPE)),intelligent group control of refrigeration(heat)equipment is realized,which realizes the reduction of comprehensive energy consumption and optimization of management of central air-conditioning refrigeration(heat)system.By selecting the advanced intelligent building management platform system,the network structure of the refrigeration system group control was designed,and the custom program module was developed to realize the energy-saving control of the system.The refrigeration(heat)engine room group control system designed in this paper can not only realize the comprehensive adjustment and control of the central air conditioning system of the stylistic center,reduce manual management,but also provide the optimal equipment operation combination according to the best performance of energy efficiency and equipment.The energy consumption of the whole refrigeration(heat)system can be reduced by about 30% on the premise of meeting the needs of users.The paper has 37 diagrams,2 table and 60 references.
