In the big five Stars Hotel, the central air-conditioning system is the main monitoring objects of BAS (building automation system), and it is also the biggest consumption equipment (about 40%) of the whole building energy consumption. Refrigeration compressor, chilled water pumps, cooling water pumps, cooling tower fan cooling system are the most important part of central air-conditioning equipment. It is an important way to improve the energy efficiency of central air conditioning and refrigeration systems through the use of advanced control technology and equipment.The paper introduces the basic situation of the of Shougang Suzhou five-star hotel, energy-efficient control strategy is designed to obtain the purpose of building green intelligent buildings, reducing the comprehensive energy consumption of the hotel project central air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Chiller plant group control system is designed by using inverter technology, optimal control and PID control. Through intelligent group control, central air conditioning and refrigeration systems can reduce energy consumption, and also can achieve management optimization. Energy-saving control system is designed through selection of state-of-the-art intelligent building management platform MSEA system, the design of the network structure of the group control of the refrigeration system and the development of custom program modules,The proposed refrigeration room group control system, not only to achieve the comprehensive regulation and control of the hotel central air conditioning and refrigeration systems, and also to reduce manual management. It can also provide the optimal operation of the equipment combination based on energy efficiency and the performance of the equipment. Under the premise to meet user demand, the entire refrigeration system can reduce energy consumption by about 30%.
