With the global climate change getting more serious,the voice of energy saving and emission reduction is also rising.Electric vehicle ushered in a new development opportunity,and the development of their supporting charging facilities has attracted wide attention.According to the literature research,the current charging facilities mostly rely on the power grid,which has great limitations.In addition,most of the electricity in the grid comes from thermal power generation,which has not fundamentally realized low-carbon travel of electric vehicles.Utilizing clean energy such as solar energy and wind energy to supply off-grid power for charging facilities is bound to become a new direction in the future.Previous research on charging facilities has focused on electrical integration and engineering technology,and there are relatively few papers exploring the quality,process,service and business model of electric vehicle charging system from the perspective of industrial design.Based on new energy technology,this paper adopts service design,system design and enterprise strategic thinking,taking the charging of electric vehicles in Beijing suburbs and agritainment as examples,the service mode and business mode are innovated,and the conceptual design of recharging facilities is reconstructed.Based on the classification of the current charging facilities for electric vehicles,the investigation and summary of the characteristics and requirements of electric vehicle owners,combined with the author’s practice in Tesla,BMW and other companies,this paper extracts the real user needs of electric vehicle owners,and infers that the use scope of auxiliary charging facilities for electric vehicles should be further expanded.Based on the feasibility analysis and power calculation of building a new energy charging system independent of power grid,combining the user’s needs and the previous assumption of service mode with wireless charging technology,the contact points in the service blueprint are reconstructed back to the product,and the wired charging facility and the wireless charging facility for the future are designed to enhance the user experience.Business model based on service mode is the way to implement service strategy.This paper analyses and discusses the typical business model of charging facilities at home and abroad,and uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the industry of charging system applying new energy technology,and gets the corresponding strategy.Finally,the paper takes agritainment in Beijing suburbs as an example to innovate the business model.Combining with new technologies such as vehicle networking and block chain,this paper discusses the business model canvas of the project from three aspects: profit model,operation model and cooperation model,which provides a conceptual business model for the coming transition economy era.
