In recent years,the phenomenon of global resource shortage and environmental pollution has aroused widespread concern.The development of new energy industry can not only open up new ways of energy supply,reduce the pressure of shortage of social resources,but also reduce environmental pollution,which is conducive to the construction of an environment-friendly society.As a prerequisite for the promotion of new energy vehicles,charging piles still have much room to improve their scale construction,charging efficiency and user experience in the use process.Under this background,this research applies the theory and method of service design to charging service system,analyses the problems and pain points in the process of using charging piles,designs the software and hardware of charging piles,proposes innovative strategies for charging service system,and constructs a service mode suitable for users'charging habits,so as to enhance users' charging body.Test.Firstly,this paper summarizes and analyses the relevant literature on service design and charging service mode.Aiming at the existing problems in charging pile industry,this paper puts forward the service mode design of new energy vehicle public charging pile based on service design concept and user demand as the center.Secondly,the service design method is applied to charging pile.In the design of service system,the process and method of charging service system design for new energy vehicles based on service concept are summarized,the application scope of service design theory is expanded,and the theoretical basis for future research is provided.Finally,this study solves the existing problems in charging service system and helps users to build a good charging service system.This paper proposes innovative service strategies to enhance users'charging experience,promote the development of new energy automotive industry,reduce the pressure of environmental pollution,and contribute to the protection of the ecological environment.
