The Research And Design Of Billing Model Aimed At Charging Station Boss

With the development of industrial society, car ownership has increased steadily every year. The rapid consumption of increasingly scarce oil resources also brings serious environment. Electric vehicles are clean and successfully deal with the current energy security and environmental protection. In the early "85" period, our government has start the electric vehicle research and developing work, and make some policies in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and other cities for pilot operations, which ensure the service normally provided and benefit a lot from it.To promote the use of electric vehicles, some charging stations have been built. At the same time, business operation support platforms have been developed based on needs of charging business and intelligent network management. However, because of still in the exploratory stage, the construction is lack of guidance. The existing systems lack charging business specifications and proper billing model. So studying operating characteristics, charging business model and billing model of charging station network is necessary for the network. Rational, universal and efficient billing model can guide the rapid development of billing systems.In order to effectively support the network and achieve the intensive management, this paper makes a research and design of billing model aimed at charging station network BOSS. Firstly, this paper analyzes composition, characteristics and management features of the network, and has an in-depth study of relative areas, especially telecommunication area, and then proposes billing model of the charging station network. This model mainly includes billing data model, billing functional model, billing rule model and interface specifications between systems. At last, the author successfully applied the model into the design and development of a project.It is suggested that the model can meet the existing demand for the charging station network and have some scalability, which is of great significance for the network construction.
