At present,China's metro operation mileage exceeds 4500 kilometers,and 62 cities have been approved for urban rail transport planning.The total length of the planned line is more than 7000 kilometers.The market demand of metro is expanding rapidly,which provides a good opportunity for the rapid development of metro main factories.At the same time,due to the different economic development and culture in different cities,the demand of metro has the characteristics of customization and diversification,which leads to high research and development(R&D)costs and long cycle.Product configuration design can effectively combine existing configurable components and quickly form new products,which meet the customization requirements.It has the advantages of improving design efficiency,reducing the total production cost and meeting differentiated needs.Under the background of economic globalization,most of the modules of metro bogies are purchased parts.The main task of metro main plant is integrated design.While the cost,quality and punctual delivery rate of bogies are greatly influenced by suppliers.This paper studies the method of metro bogies product configuration design integrating supplier selection.The main study of this paper includes the following:(1)The market characteristics and structural characteristics of metro bogies are analysed;In view of the characteristics of metro bogies,and based on the configuration design theory,the configuration design technical route of metro bogies integrating supplier selection is formulated.(2)The main structure construction technology of configuration modeling of metro bogie for customer group is studied.In view of the difference of customer preferences,this paper used the method of joint analysis to divide customer groups.And the importance of customer groups' needs was obtained.Based on the difference of response of various modules to demand and the importance of customer group demand,TOPSIS method is adopted to select the optimal class module composition scheme for customer group.(3)The construction method of configuration modeling integrated supplier information of metro bogie is studied.In order to consider the multi-criteria supplier evaluation index in the configuration design of metro bogies,suppliers are evaluated and ranked to replace the complex supplier evaluation index information in the configuration optimization.Firstly,the index system of supplier evaluation is established,including economic,environmental and social aspects,and the weight of each evaluation index is determined by AHP method.Then the TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the supplier,and the order of the supplier's comprehensive ability is obtained.Configuration model is formed by combining main structure,module instance,configuration constraints and the order.(4)The integrating supplier selection configuration solution method of metro bogie is studied.Customer group positioning and module selection are carried out.Based on that,with the optimum of supplier's comprehensive capability,the minimum of cost as the objective function,customer's expected price and configuration rules as the constrained conditions,an optimization mathematic model of product configuration is established.NSGA-? algorithm is adopted to solve this problem,and the Pareto solution of configuration scheme and supplier scheme is obtained.Metro bogies configuration design integrating supplier selection is realized.
