| The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has carried out a fundamental change in the line of China’s economic development.Instead of blindly pursuing speed,it has turned to high-quality development as its key target.State Grid has also adopted a tender procurement method to select suppliers,and power transformers as power systems.The core equipment of operation has high quality requirements in the bidding procurement process.Therefore,the transformer supplier selection strategy has become the premise of selecting the best equipment,and the establishment of the supplier selection model is the basis for selecting quality suppliers.This thesis studies the power transformer supplier selection strategy,constructs the supplier evaluation system from the two dimensions of supplier product competitiveness and enterprise strength,and uses the entropy weight method to empower the indicators in the evaluation system,using data envelopment analysis(DEA).And the Approximate Ideal Point Sorting(TOPSIS)method provides a comprehensive evaluation of suppliers and selects the best supplier.In the index evaluation,the quality management theory and the Six Sigma method are used to quantify the quality indicators,which makes the quality index data more scientific and accurate,and provides an objective basis for selecting suppliers with better quality.Finally,the measures to implement the supplier selection strategy constructed in this paper are determined,and the high efficiency implementation of the strategy is ensured through the management model and informationization assumption.The procurement strategy constructed in this thesis can be applied in the practical application chosen by the transformer supplier.The objectivity of the quality evaluation and evaluation system has been improved to a certain extent compared with the previous research,which provides a new idea for the power industry transformer supplier selection. |
