Under the guidance of the new period of the transformation and upgrading of China's economic structure and the basic policy of Made in China 2025,the new energy vehicle industry has developed rapidly.By 2020,there are more than 400 new energy companies that meet the standards.However,with the sharp reduction or cancellation of the state subsidy policy,this has also made the competition in the new energy vehicle industry increasingly fierce.Supplier management has always been the focus of attention of various automobile manufacturers,especially the scientific selection of suppliers and the pros and cons of management level are also directly related to the long-term and stable development of enterprises.This thesis takes WL new energy automobile companies as the research object,and focuses on issues such as incomplete supplier evaluation systems and large differences in product quality among suppliers.In order to help them make scientific decisions,the DNAP and fuzzy TOPSIS model is used to analyze and evaluate its core parts suppliers,and proposes optimization strategies for the supplier management of the enterprise according to the management optimization plan.The aim is to effectively improve the market competitiveness of WL companies,with a view to providing reference for the supplier selection and management optimization of the new energy automobile industry.The main research contents of this article include:First,the relevant theories is elaborated,then this thesis analyzes the current situation of WL companies,and proposes that the company has supplier management problems such as irrational evaluation indicators and processes,and incomplete follow-up management.The case analysis method was used to formulate the management optimization plan,and a DANP and fuzzy TOPSIS model was constructed to focus on the analysis of supplier evaluation and selection.Secondly,the literature research method is used to combine the company's development strategy,product needs and characteristics,and expert opinions to build an index evaluation system for WL enterprise supplier selection from six aspects:quality assurance,product costs,delivery systems,service levels,technical levels,and business strength.This system allows for a more comprehensive evaluation of suppliers.Third the lack of objectiveness of the supplier's evaluation and selection is considered,the DANP and fuzzy TOPSIS methods for analysis and evaluation is introduced.This thesis invites experts in related fields to score,so as to obtain the centrality degree,cause degree,and network impact relationship between indicators.Finally,this thesis calculates the objective impact weight of the indicators,and uses the fuzzy TOPSIS method to calculate the relative closeness of each indicator.In order to ensure the validity of the model,this paper uses comparative analysis and sensitivity analysis to verify.Finally,the WL enterprise supplier management was optimized from three aspects of supplier evaluation organization and process,index system and performance management,and the WL enterprise supplier management system is improved.In this paper,the evaluation model of DANP and fuzzy TOPSIS is used to effectively optimize the suppliers of WL new energy automobile companies,and then formulate management optimization plans to promote the implementation of supplier management optimization by WL enterprises,and at the same time,the selection and management optimization of suppliers of other new energy automobile companies Provide meaning for reference.
